use file uploadsystem for database in webform

can someone here tell me what's the good way for a web form (using database and file upload system).
so when ppl fill the form + browse the local file and hit submit, it will insert the form text + file to the server folder.

do you mean that you want to upload a file to specific folder and then insert the filename and other file information into the database?

there are a bunch of threads about it in the forum...try searching around...

but also...if you can track down "fileuploadclass.php" it has everything you need and is really very easy to customize...the info is around here someplace...
