Cookies will NOT delete

I have read every ppost on deleting cookies, and have read through the PHP manual over and over.... These cookies will not delete. The minute they click a link, bam, they are logged in again! Is there any way to delete all cookies for a domain, no matter what folder/subdomain they were set for?

You can't force a browser to behave in a desired way, especially regarding cookies. Don't store users' login information in a cookie, and then you don't have to worry about it. This will allow people who don't have cookies enables to log in, too.
