So yes, I know how to program quotes and stuff but I've realized that in vB and many other board. [.quote] does not take effect unless there is a matching [./quote] to go with it, how do you pull this off?
my guess... is a a regexp_replace that matches both tags only....
it's either that or a stack. I think it's a stack becuase in vB if you get your close tags out of order they don't work either.

those tags are quote I B close i close b.... close quote...
they seem to work fine out of order.... 😕
