Hi, how do peoples make the chat for live support kind of thing on to their webpages like on http://www.dvrwholesaler.com ?

I want to put something similar like that on my webpage but I can not find where to get it.

And I have a feeling it's not free. Anyone know of a free chat live help kind of thing ?
