Could you tell me how to compile mysql_real_connect() function in PHP? I'd tried many time but my PHP Compiler doesn't understand this mysql_real_connect() function. If you know how to solve this problem, please show me through my email: [e-mail]! I'm terrible thanks.

There is no:
mysql_real_connect function, but there is a mysqli_real_connect function.... was it that you mean?

Thank you for your help. So mysql_real_connect() is a function of MySQL C API. Isn't it? And i have to use a C Compiler to compile this function? I read these things in "MySQL Reference Manual for version4.0.12" and i compiled it by MS Visual C++ but unsuccess. Do you know how to solve this problem? Show me please. I' very thanks!
