PHP/MySQL website doesn't work from certain computers!!

Hello there-
I have a php/database driven website, of which is presenting very odd issues. I have a page in which an adminstrator can fill out a schedule and manipulate rows of data within a MySQL database. Everything works just fine on my DSL connected computer, however, when working from my customer's Direcway satellite connected computer, several portions of the site don't work. This has also happened on another computer, at a different location, on a DSL connection. There are no error messages, no returned results, it would appear everything is working fine, however, the database tables are not being updated as they are supposed to be.

I've thought firewall... drivers... apache... but haven't found anything. Any suggestions??

Could the problems be caused by someone not being logged in? Does the log in system use cookies?

i would think it would be a firewall issue, you probably only have the http port (default is 80) open thru the firewall, and if you want to use mysql, you would need to open the mysql port (default is 3306) to allow the user to use mysql

Port 3306 is open, and has been... And, I don't believe its an issue of a user being logged in, as cookies aren't really relevant in my setup.

Say I have two pages... one which creates a new job (MySQL Insert into Table), and one which add's that job to a schedule (MySQL UPDATE -- adds a date to the row). The Insert works just fine, however, the update does not, specifically on this computer, works fine on mine.

is this online where we can test it quick without compromising sensitive data

everything seemed to work fine for me, i updated, deleted, added, added again, updated, etc...

noticed that you have a lot of javascript stuff going on, what browser is your customer using, could be a javascript issue or something
