Date Counting?

Can someone please guide me in the right direction here??

I have a customer account database with Due Dates.

I need to pull a list from the database where customer's accounts are between 4 and 7 days past their due date?

Should I pass the number of days from PHP or in the Select statement?

I am kinda new here so any help is greatly appreciated

how is the due date stored in the database? this will make a huge impact on the answer to your question

Specify a difference of 4-7 days between currdate and duedate in the WHERE clause.

It is in a MySQL Date format ex. 2003-08-01

then you want to send the query like this

select * from <TABLE> where <DUEDATE> between "<YYYY-MM-(D-7)>" and "<YYYY-MM-(D-4)>"

Thanks for that .. Lets say I want to run this script daily.. And I want all those whose who fall into that category for today..

Do I set today's date in the SQL statement?

A mysql variant to this would be -
WHERE to_days(NOW()) - to_days(duedate) BETWEEN 4 AND 7
