URL Redirection

I should probably do some research on this, but I'm looking for a quick answer. 🙂

Is there anyway to redirect to another page while still keeping the old pages URL?

Example:

I browse to www.mydomain.com, once it loads it redirects me to forums.mydomain.com.

However, in my address bar, www.mydomain.com will still be displayed.

if instead of redirecting you create a script that loads and displays the other pages by using the socket functions of php then you can do this.

Try using HTML frames.
