Do anyone know what a good 3Dprogram lang. dat is good with php?

I quite like POV-Ray. That's got a good programming language.
But don't expect to write Unreal Tournament in PHP.
And remember that programming languages aren't as forgiving as English.
i dont want to use 3D cards.
I making a RPG game. Mainly using images. I can make a text game right now. but i want more then that.
dat why i ask like Java3D. but i will check that out POV-Ray. is it for online?
