session_destroy() placement

Where is it best to put the session_destroy()? Right under the session_start() or at the bottom of all the code when it's all finished outputting?

if you need the session varaibles within the script you can't kill the session at the beginning of the script

otherwise where you put session_destroy() is a matter of choice i would prefer to put it near the start of the script as this indicates that you should not be referencing the session on this page!

I put it at the end of the script because I'm referencing variables in the script...unless there's a better way...Thanks
