there are a couple of things that could be wrong. First are you getting any error messages such as cgi redirect? If you are please post them. A few quick checks though, 1. make sure you downloaded both the installer and the zip from php.net 2. if that all appeared to run correctly go the php.ini file (usually located in c:\windows. Open that up and read through it. There is usually a permissions issue. 3. also double check that iis is turned on and running and all .php file trying to be viewed are in the wwwroot folder. hopefully this will help some, if you have a more specific error message please post it.
