php on webspace and randomizer

ok im new to php😃 and i would like to know if i could install php on my webspace.. plus how to do it.. i know it may sound common but i want to make a randomizer for images using php just like what hostmysig is doing.. so.. anyone?

Define web space. ISP web space? Probably not. Hosting company web space? If it's not already (which it should be) you could probably ask them to. Personal server web space? Yes.

Actually, if you run windows you can install it on your computer and do everything local host, which is a good way to learn/practice.
