Anybody Used This Host?

I currently host my site which uses PHP and MySQL on Tripod UK which offers it for free. However, they have been really screwy lately, I can't even log in to modify my tables and stuff any more.

Anyway, I was wondering how many people have used Host Ultra and have paid the one time set up fee for their MySQL support? The PHP comes free but you have to pay a setup fee for the MySQL... just wondering if anybody has done this, how long you have been with them, etc etc etc any other kind of information you can give me. Thanks a lot!
