I think no, because PHP written at C/C++/. Modules must be written with C or C++.

but when using modules, you're passing it information, and it's passing you back information... why would it matter what language it's in?

It's working when you use system()

PHP modules working as include(), then c++ and c# can't working together. IMHO.
