[Resolved] Help with my UPDATE

$q = "UPDATE sbpool SET purchased=1, buyer=$buyer, email=$emailaddr WHERE id IN ($sel_squares)";

This returns Unknown column 'DB' in 'where clause'. The only variables that contains that value is $buyer.

I haven't the foggiest idea of where my syntax error is. 😕

You need your strings in quotes

eg buyer='$buyer'

Same crazy error. 😕 Lemme make sure I've got the logic right here:

id should be a field in the table and $sel_squares is created with the following code:

$sel_squares = implode(",",$_SESSION["claimarray"]);

But nothing looks out of the ordinary?

Are the values in claimarray all numbers?
Try echoing out the sql to see what is being executed.
