Refresh

Hello,
My program code in PHP is worked well, but Explorer makes a little bit difficulties. When I add somthin into my Database, is woking, but explorer does not show me the all result, just old data. After 30 min. it shows me the new things what i Have added. I think it is problem with explorer "refresh".

Is there any code or anything else to avoid it?
May be <Meta ...> but i do not now how?

You need toadd some header "tag's", to stop browsers cacheing you homepage... There are 3 header lines you need to add to make ti 100% sure no browser, show the old output!

The problem is that i can't remember them in my head, bu i have answered it earlier in this mounth... searchon headers and Truti or take a look at php.net (http://dk.php.net/header)

there stand something like:
