PHP WONT work after upgrading to 4.3.3 not in any way

I have tried everything. I installed 4.3.3 on top ofg the 4.2.2 and php files is no longer accessable from Internet Explorer. http://motin.sytes.net/demomusic.nu/admin/phpinfo.php try this link and you will know if my problem is solved by now...

See the page never shows! I ahve done everything right. Stopped th ewebservers, uninstalled all php, installed 4.3.3, using default setup. I have set full access rights for IUSR_ThisMachinesName (IUSR_HALVNYA), for the php dirs, php.exe and the php dll.

WHAT SHALL I DO?? PLEASE HELP!

How did you solve your problem in the end. I think I'm having same problem. Mine never shows and then stops with a "CGI Timeout error". 😕

I also gave the IUSR_Machinename user full access to the php dirs and exe and dll.
