Php - Mysql _pear

Hi,

I have PHPTRIAD installed on my PC.
Apache, PHP, MYsql and PEAR is part of this package.
When I run PHP script I run from htdoc dir as well as if my script is using Mysql.

What I need to do to run PHP using PEAR?
