Duplicating and moving a database?

Sorry for the newbish question, but I have not been able to find that answer on the MySQL help...
How can I duplicate a local MySQL database, getting two independent databases with the same data & permissions granted?
And how can I move a database to an other server, still while keep structure, data and permissions?

check out phpMyAdmin (www.phpmyadmin.net), it allows u to store the whole db in one file that u can transfer to the other server. there, phpMyAdmin is able to import it, keepin all data and structure information.
