what is a fair hourly wage

just curious as to what a good hourly wage is for php programming. (less than 2 years exp)

for things such as calendar databases, course databases w/ search, user customizable homepages (upload photos).

I wouldn't code for anything less than $20/hour. (I am also fairly new to PHP).

I make just under $15 an hour at my job (Full time PHP Programming)

The reason I settled for so little is because it is a steady income, and it will be there EVERY MONTH.. It is also a startup company, and I have been promised ownership in the company, and a LOT of benefits.

However, on the side, I make $50 - $100 an hour depending on how long the project takes me.
