mySQL Sync

The latest mySQL has an asynchronous feature built into it. I would like to see some documentation (article or what have you) on sometype of synchronous algorithym for mySQL. What I mean by this is if you are using mySQL as your database for a program local to your machine and would like to update a remote database at the end of the day......EX: Sales people out in the field need to sync their info w/ their headquarters main database and receive any sync's from the main database that has been made while they were away....hope you understand...

my guess is NO (that anyone knows about this or has docs on it) or they dont want to do the foot work for you....

I bet if you goto the mysql hopepage.... you'll find some online documentation.... and in the online documentation, I bet you find all kinds of features inside of mysql that its authors documented for your reading pleasure... and I bet... if this sync feature was one of them.... that is where you would fine the most indepth explanation of it... but those are just my guesses

Well the whole reason I made this post is b/c I have been to mysql site and they do not have this feature.....just an asynchronous feature.....and I asked no one to do the "footwork" for me....just wondering if it had been done and if so could I get some documentation....or at least a response....sorry for posting a difficult question....a question that I am sure will be taken care of in the future by mysql....since it is a legit question and ms sql can already do it.....
