hello people!!!
I am pulling some info from different AMAZON web pages.
With my PHP I am cleaning up parts of the data I retreive and sticking it into my database. I am having one tiny issue though...
This is something I want to strip:
<font size=-2>
<font color=#990000><b>PLEASE NOTE:</b></font> Some Region 1 DVDs may contain <b>Regional Coding Enhancement</b> (RCE). Some, but not all, of our international customers have had problems playing these enhanced discs on what are called "region-free" DVD players. For more information on RCE, click <a href="/exec/obidos/redirect-to-external-url/102-8849140-8384149?path=http://www.dvdtalk.com/rce.html">here</a>.<br></font>
See the link at the end of the code?
<a href="/exec/obidos/redirect-to-external-url/102-8849140-8384149?path=http://www.dvdtalk.com/rce.html">
That link changes with every new Amazon page I scrape. Is there a way with an ever changing URL link that I can get rid of that whole line EVERY time I scrape from a different page no matter what the URL is?
Right now I'm using the str_replace function, BUT it doesn't work becuase that damn URL keeps changing...even though the text stays the same.
Any help/coding examples are appreciated!!!!
Thanks in advance!!!
