Mailing list scrip

I have been trying to do a mailing list script for a while now (see previous posts for mine) but I can't seem to get anything to work 🙁. I need the script to read the addresses from a text file. and the script to send html. It can be a basic script with no fancy front end, i just need something that works for me.

any help will be much appreciated.
