function evaluate problem in PHP + XSL

I am using the function evaluate() in XSL to show a xml page. But PHP sent me the following error message:

Warning: Sablotron error on line 125: function 'evaluate' not supported in

I can not understand why!!! maybe, I'm a very new beginner.
