How to delete phpNuke from server

I placed phpNuke on a server. I have decided not to use phpNuke and when I go to delete the files from the server I get an error message saying...

ERROR:> Requested action not taken (e.g., file or directory not found, no access).

I have CHMOD all files to 777.

Has anyone else had this problem before? Any idea how to delete these files?

call the webhost and ask them to delete it for ya, u proably named a file illegally or something and u cant delete it yaself.
