Can anyone tell me how to link to other page on my site?

I'm doing a really simple loader page which has three buttons English, French and Spanish and i just want to find out how to link to the specific homepage eg. home-english.html depending on which button the user clicks?
I'm sure its a really simple thing to do but I cant figure it out!

I know that this is a PHP forum, but in this case it's better to use javascript:

To keep it PHP, use a switch/case with the button value to determine which page to load.
