Just wondering. I uploaded a small page with some php code inside it and saved as a .phtml document. Can someone explain what the purpose of this is for. Is it to help get your php pages listed on the search engines.
The file extension of a webpage has absolutely NO EFFECT on the ranking a page gets in a search engine.
Just user preference.. You can name your extenasion to anything you want
