help about image display problem under IE and Netscape

hi:
I have a page using PHP GD and Mysql. There is one image in this page which is drawn using PHP GD and data from MySQL. This image also some a ImageMap associated with it. It works very good using Mozilla. But when it comes to IE and Netscape. There are some annoying problems:
Sometimes, it works well. But more often, the images do not show up. And sometime, the whole page just can not display with 404 error. However, when I click the refresh button for several times. The image shows perfect.
If you had any idea, please kindly let me know. Thanks very much. The following is the link to the page:

I forgot to mention the link for the image to display:

The drawing and getting data from the database take about 30 seconds. So I set the time limit to 300.
