Randomizing a query

Is it possible to Randomize the order in which a list is taken from a query?

for example I have 6 breeders for Shelties. I want to have the order in which they are displayed randomized so that it is fair to all breeders in that group.

You can select with ORDER BY RAND, not very sure of the syntax though.

I suggest looking that up.
