Top 10 list

I'm working on a project right now and I've gotten stuck on this one part. I have to compile a Top 10 chart using other lists entered in by users.

Every week the users submit their 10 favorite songs, and then a script takes those and makes an overall top 10 list from those charts.

I've gotten stuck trying to figure out how to compile the overall chart. I don't know if I've given enough info, but does anyone have any ideas?

how are the users submitting their lists? email, post to db, etc?

It's in a mysql database.

Format is kind of like:

trackID, chartID, position, and entryID

TrackID is basically just the songs name. Chart ID is just so I know what chart belongs to what person. Position is a number 1-10 that is the position in the chart, 1 being the highest. EntryID is just an auto incremented id for that entry.
