PHP upgrade session problem

I just upgraded from PHP 4.1 to 4.3 and am now receiving this error message :

Warning: session_start(): open(/tmp\sess_9bc2fbb043b17592a5c79d7150d9deab, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\Config.php on line 2

In Config.php, I call session_start(); and I include this module elsewhere so I don't have to keep calling session_start in the other modules.

Pretty standard stuff, I think.

Anybody know what this error message means?

PHP by default writes serialized session data into a file located in the directory defined in php.ini (session.save_path).

Make sure that the directory exists and is fully accesible by apache.

I solved the problem by changing the line in php.ini from :

session.save_path = /tmp

to :

session.save_path = c:/Windows/temp_php

I've also noticed that PHP 4.3 is tighter on checking function parameters too, like if you forgot to pass one. Good thing for that!
