script bombs out!

Ok, this script bombs out when there are so many entries, anyone know why it would do this?

after you click on it and check it out you can hit "back" and it will show you the site for a half second... anyone know the deal?

any ideas would be great oh yeah, i have the stuff in php.ini set to high numbers so i know its not exceeding the time allowed

umm, i got it out of the code library, i tweaked the crap out of it, it was some sort of e-mail list maker, but i changed it all, i guess i could call it, "my revision of the code i got out of the code library on www.phpbuilder.com(best php site on the net)"

oh yeah, ive tried it on 4 different machines, and it bombs out on all of them

I meant the filename. Just in case it gives the 404 cause there's no index file. Or that yor webserver doesn't look for a index.php or something.

I am using NS 7.?? maybe thats why it works.

IE always crashes my 'puter 🙁

wow, thats not cool, someone just went through and deleted all the entries, thats not cool whoever did that, i guess im gonna have to quit posting here, thought people could be trusted, guess not.......

I bravely fired up IE and it does not return any data in the table.
Just 1 blank row and the submit button.

Where NS shows the whole table.

How weird is that!

What sort of loser would do that sort of thing.
Maybe a bit of security is needed for deleting things 🙂

what code goes in a .htaccess so its required for usename/password?

Yuou need this in your .htaccess for the dir.

AuthUserFile /path/to/.htpasswd
AuthGroupFile /dev/null
AuthName "test"
AuthType Basic

<Limit GET POST>
require valid-user
</Limit>

and you need a .htpasswd file with an encrypted password.

You ccan encrypt it
