PHP Developers in India and $/hour Rates

This is out of order - It was not a job posting! I was mearly asking if anyone here new what rates I should be expecting to pay for PHP developers in India and if anyone had had any experience with companies from elance.

How was that supposed to be a jobs post ?

I thought this board was supposed to be a resource for all aspects relating to the PHP community. This was a genuine help question - If you can't ask for help and advise on these forums what are they for ?

There are other ways to do what you want to do...this could be interpreted as a way to hire someone...there's already a lot of ads on this site...we don't want postings to become ads too. We take precautions...if we said "We're going to let this one go; it's not that bad." PHPBuilder would be a crappy dump with a bad reputation.

Try to look at things from the PHPBuilder perspective. We help people solve coding-related problems...and some other stuff too (mostly in the EL)...so don't go around saying that this is out of order...if this so frustrating for you, you don't have to post it; you can go to any other damn forum...because complaining won't help! (Whoa, I'm being a hypocrite!) Back to being serious, we don't want to be mean to you...we're all willing to help. So come enjoy our hospitality...if you can crack a few jokes and laugh at a few yourself, or if you just enjoy coding...but if you put job-related postings in a forum...feel the wrath of the other posters.
