There's probably a simple answer to this: Pass variable to new form

Hey all,

I have a box that asks for a user's email address, and I want that value passed onto a more complete form where they fill in their name, some preferences, etc. I want that new email field to be populated by their new email address. I don't just pass it as a hidden value because the second form is also used by itself for a similar purpose. In essence, the little box that asks for the email addy in the first form is like a redirect to the second, more complete form, and I just want to pass the value from form A to form B. Any ideas?

Nevermind! I'm a dunce. My test form B was .html not .php or .phtml. The php was never parsed. Fixed! :😊:
