Upgrading to PHP 4.3.3

I have an old version of PHP and I used NuSphere for my automated installation process a long time ago. I'm using Windows (XP Home Edition) and Apache Server.

I have already downloaded PHP 4.3.3. but am hesitant to override existing directories... somebody please help!

Shouldn't be a worry to that, just make sure you have a backed up copy of your PHP.ini first, so you can compare...
