I've been having problems with passing the variables of this form to the email recipient. Other servers this seems to work however on this server no email is even received. I have checked to ensure that PHP is working by running the 'Hello Kitty' script and no problems.
I would appreciate it is someone could suggest or point out what may be the problem.
