server 2003 Help!

I just got Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition, but one of my problems is that i have a cable modem with (static ip!!) it hasnt changed for 2 years but my router has a built in DHCP server which disperses IP addresses randomly to the computers connected to it, my server is connected to the router and I want to run DNS, HTTP, MAIL, and FTP on it, is it possible to do so? I can forward the ports without any problems, but what about the DHCP server, do I have to disable it? Are there any special configuration for the Windows Server installation, or can I install it normally? Are there any tutorials on the net about setting up a complete webserver with all the services on my type of connection/ip/dhcp settings? If not, can somebody please help me out !! I can help ya out. I have this exact setup with a Linksys router and Win 2k Adv. Server (soon to bee 2003 server 😃). I'm in class right now but I'll write up how I set mine up when I get home, ~3 hours.

Here are the steps on how I set up my Webserver.

Make sure you have a proper Internet connection and set up any domain names as/if needed. Make sure to check with the ISP to see if they block any ports. Also, make sure you have a MX record for your domain.
Give the computer that will be the server a static IP with your subnet mask. Then set the gateway as the router IP. Now for the DNS entries, put the ISP's DNS servers as Primary and Secondary servers. (This is so your DNS server can get out and look up addresses.)
Now install the DNS server in Windows (via Install/Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components > find and check the DNS server) Configure the DNS server if needed.
Install the HTTP demon and configure it. I use Apache2 (free) and highly recommend it over IIS. Don't forget to install PHP!**
Install the FTP demon and configure it. I use GuildFTPd (free) and also highly recommend it over IIS. It's very easy to install and setup.
Install the MAIL demon and configure it. I use MailEnable (free) and I don't think Windows provides any standered mail server. MailEnable is really great. For a free server nothing comes even close. I also have Webmail setup with it. Works great!
Test everything internaly, on a computer in your house.
On your router, make sure the Block WAN Requests is UNCHECKED if you have that or someting simiar. Forward ports to your Webserver:

Port, Protocol, Service

53 UDP DNS
80 TCP HTTP
21 TCP FTP
(ports specified in server) TCP FTP-Passive Mode
25 TCP SMTP (email)
110 TCP POP3 (email)
In the DHCP server settings, set the gateway as itself (if needed) and any other settings as usual. Then for the DNS entries, set YOUR SERVER IP as the first IP then the ISP's DNS servers as the others.
Test everything externaly, from somewhere outside your house.

That's all I can think of at the moment. I'm sure I'm missing something but we'll figure that out as needed.

I would like to use everything that is included with Windows(FTP and Mail), is that possible? How do I install Windows FTP server and what abotu backend administration? How do I add domains, subdomains, etc etc?
