Downloads problem

I went to start adding downloads to my phpnuke site and i get this error.

Warning: setlocale(): Passing locale category name as string is deprecated. Use the LC_* -constants instead. in /home/drtydawg/public_html/rezzurection/modules/Downloads/index.php on line 962

can anyone tell me what is set wrong here??

It would appear that a new locale program has been created, but the Downloads module not updated. Just look at some of the other modules, and figure out how to update the Downloads modult to use the same settings.

I seem to have this same problem in almost all my modules i looked at line and it is something to do with time settings, can anybody help here.
