Not Free Any More

Hi Developer. Hope all are U do very well. Here, i am Himadrish Laha, an opensource developer, doing on this technology in the last 4 yrs. Any, how I like very much in open source plartform, developer can share the knowledge, even one project can also be developed by many one in many times.

But, right now, I seem the clients are now very much interested to get all free opensource projects, or even a new projects is required to customised, then do not bother to pay the cost, used the free downlodable scripts. THIS MAY AFFECT THE INDUSTRAY VERY MUCH, I THINK SO.

So, I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST EVERY DEVELOPER, ANALYST AND ALL, PLS ONLY SHARE THE KNOWLEDGE, BUT DO NOT GIVE IT FREE ON SITES LIKE PHPNUKE, FRESHMEET ETC. IF all things are getting free, so where we will be?

Think in this case, AND TAKE YOUR DECISIONS.

Sorry, I don't have your same thoughts...

Companies will always need developers to do their work, even if it is using opensource software, and customized opensource software, regular joe shmoe clients will always need developers.

What you are saying is like saying, don't buy tv dinners or it will put chefs out of business or countless other analogies that people can think of.

That's like putting a $100 price tag on Linux! Damn Windows 2000, closing a word document for no apparent reason...I'd turn to Linux if I didn't have any computer games.......

It says on the site that they closed down.....

As for games on platforms other than Windows, the Warcraft and Myst series were always available for Mac, and there is a special driver in development that will let you run some Windows games on Linux....

Dual boot Merve...dual boot. Only time I'm running windoze at home is when I either want to play a game or I need to VPN to work.

Nooooo!!! Man, that sucks. I was really looking forward to the games bringing in more refugees.

I just downloaded a couple last week, so they musta closed down this week.

At least they make Linux compatible hardware and USB flash memory sticks now 🙂
