PHPBB Error on messageboard

Our forum at www.karamelly.com/forum is giving an error, and we are unsure of what it means or how to deal with it...

The error looks like this:

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not obtain lastvisit data from user table

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1016 Can't open file: 'phpbb_users.MYI'. (errno: 145)

SELECT * FROM phpbb_users WHERE user_id = 3

Line : 62
File : /home/karamell/public_html/forum/includes/sessions.php

Is anyone familiar with this problem? If you can help, we would greatly appreciate it.

your MYI file: 'phpbb_users.MYI' is one of the three files that makes up a MySQL table, when you get errors like that, the table is likely corrupt/damaged in some way, shape, or form, you may have to repair the table, you can find info on that here
