Regular Expression Help

Looking for a regex to change this:

ForeColor into this: Fore Color

I need to capture each captial letter (disregarding the first character) and add a space.

I have no idea how to do this. I am currently reading up on them. If you figure it out, please explain why it works as well.

For that you can just use str_replace.

I've got it functioning with a str_replace already. I'd really like to figure out how to do it with a regex. Thank you for the suggestion though.
