I would like to ask about GNU license. If I make a program distributed as GNU (it is DHTML hierarchical menu). Then if someone wants to use it in his commersial products, for example use my menu in his web program, will he has rights to charge his clients for his program (not for the menu)?
In other words if one program contains a GNU subprogram does it mean that it should be defenetely free? Or it can be paid but giving to the customer information that one of its part is free?
I would like to give my program to everybody free but I would like to let people charge monay for their programs (though only menu itself is free)
Thank you in advance.
