Need web host

Hi, I need a webhost for a forum and a guestbook.... I don't need something perfect and all.... I already searched but haven't found anything...

here are my requirements :

-PHP
-MySQL
-15 mb or more
-no ads if possible, but is there's only ONE popup or a banner at the botom it's perfect.
-something that won't close or stop being free after 1 month..

I expect you are using php? Just add a html comment to the bottom of the page (<!--) and that will stop the popup popping up (devious eh?)
