I don't know what to do. My Dreamweaver used to work, but then when I recently tried to load it, it said that it was missing the DLL file ODBC32.DLL. So I downloaded one into my Window System folder....However, now it says it, "Failed to load resource DLL file odbcint.dll." Argh! What the heck is going on here???

have you bothered to try and reinstall it? you probably uninstalled something and didnt read a dialog box about removing something and just clicked yes and it removed a shared file or something when you removed another program.
I did reinstall it--twice. But the ODBC32.DLL is a network file or something and it belongs in the C:\Windows\System folder, and I don't know how it went missing in the first place.
