not working www.subdomain.domain ???

Hello ppl,

now few days I chaged my host, and on the new host I can't acces my site subdomains with www :
www.subdomain.domain.com - NOT working
subdomain.domain.com - working

and the big problem is the suport team is not responding to my email 🙁(

anybody knows what is wrong with the subdomains??

Sounds like a DNS entry isn't setup. Whoever manages the DNS for your domain will likely be the ones that can fix this.
