Accessing PHP (Apache > localhost) through Network

I have the following problem. I have PHP running on a windows box with Apache Webserver. So when I run my scripts I do so by calling http://localhost/...
Now I would like to access the scripts on my computer through a networked computer. Any good tutorials, Any tips, ideas...

is there a need for a tutorial? replace localhost with the computers ip http://192.168.1.25

Or better yet, the computer name. In case you use DHCP.
