Refresh and MAC

Hello

I'm doing a window open using javascript, them I add some data to the database and I'm doing a refresh on the main window.

This works in IE5 and PC but in MAC it does not.

Is there a PHP way of doing this?

I normally use refresh but it is in the same window.

I'm not totally sure if I understand what you're asking, but what I usually use to refresh a calling window from a new window is this:

opener.location=('mainwindow.php');

You can throw that in your <a href> tag or even your body onLoad to make the calling window refresh itself.
