"Warning: Page has Expired" message

Hi,
sometime I will get this message when I hit the browser's Back button:

Warning: Page has Expired

The page you requested was created using information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer available. As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not automatically resubmit your information for you.

To resubmit your information and view this Web page, click the Refresh button.

So everytime I have to hit the Refresh button.

Is there any resolution for this?

Actually I realise that this message will appear when there is a "POST" FORM. There is no probelm with "GET".

None that I know of. Every browser has it's own way to treat hitting the back button after a form post.

If you're worried about multiple orders, multiple form posts just set a session variable to True after the form is submitted, if they try to resubmit the form (hit back and refresh) in that session then just Header("Location...."); them somewhere.
