Problem

I want to do a site/script which allows to users to work on the same document at the same time. The principle is the same as the netmeeting 'whiteboard' where two people at different locations can work on the same drawing.

So two users log onto the site, then one person writes or paste there text document into the window then both users can work on the document at the same time.

Any help would be great, i have a fair knowledge with PHP and am willing learn other languages to do this. Am just hoping someone here could point me into the write location.
