Replacing all instances of a color with ImageMagick

I am trying to use ImageMagick to change every instance of a color in an image to another color. I know that there is a way to do it, but I can't seem to find it in the documentation.

Does anybody know how this would work - some sample code would be great.

I would appreciate any advice that anyone might have.

I can't find anything about replacing colors on the page in the reply above. It just seems to show the code to display your version of GD.
